This policy explains what information the Chat Peaked website and the Chat Peaked publishing app (the "Service"), operated by Chat Peaked, collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Connected account data. When an authorized team member connects a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account, we receive an access token and basic profile information (such as account ID, username, display name and avatar) and the posting options the platform makes available for that account.
• Content you publish. The video files, captions and settings you choose to post, and the post IDs and status the platform returns.
• Website. This website does not require an account. Our host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How we use it

Only to upload and publish approved clips to the connected account, show the account's posting options before publishing, check upload status, and keep a record of what was posted. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the platform you publish to (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube) as needed to post, or if required by law.

Storage and security

Access tokens and posting records are stored on a private, access-controlled computer operated by Chat Peaked and are never published. Tokens are used only for the scopes you approved.

Retention and deletion

We keep tokens until access is revoked and posting records for as long as the related post is live. You can revoke access at any time in the platform's settings, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@chatpeaked.com; we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
